Abstract
Background and Objective: The main objective of this study is to examine how juristic principles, particularly the rule of La-Zarar (no harm) and the prohibition of hoarding, can function as normative foundations for reducing economic vulnerability and managing market disruptions. The stability and resilience of an crises require reliance on normative principles and regulatory rules, which in Imami jurisprudence are manifested in doctrines such as the rule of La-Zarar and the prohibition of hoarding.

Materials and Methods: This study adopts a descriptive analytical approach. The data are qualitative and were collected through documentary analysis and note taking from relevant sources.

Ethical Considerations: In this research, the principles of textual authenticity, honesty, and academic integrity have been observed.

Results: The findings indicate that the rule of La-Zarar, by negating the legitimacy of harmful economic behaviors, and the prohibition of hoarding, by preventing the withholding of essential goods, role in maintaining the balance of supply and demand and safeguarding the livelihood security of society. The results further demonstrate that these principles provide a legitimate basis for government intervention in economic policymaking, market supervision, and the application of regulatory instruments such as mandatory supply of goods and deterrent penalties.

Conclusion: The integration of economic jurisprudence with the components of the Resistance Economy provides an effective framework for managing economic crises and enhancing national resilience. This framework can serve as a basis for macro level policymaking aimed at reducing economic vulnerability.
