Abstract
Background and Objectives: The oil and gas industry, as one of the most important and strategic economic sectors in producing countries, requires efficient financial and transactional laws and regulations. This research examines the existing laws and regulations in the oil and gas sector and aims to identify the challenges and opportunities in this field to improve financial and transactional processes.

Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive-analytical. The materials and data are qualitative, and note-taking was used to collect information and data.

Ethical Considerations: In this article, the authenticity of texts, honesty, and trustworthiness have been observed.

Findings: The findings of this research indicate that financial and transactional laws and regulations in the oil and gas sector in different countries vary according to the political and economic conditions of those countries. Also, the existence of strong supervisory institutions and appropriate tax systems can help reduce corruption and increase transparency. Also, compliance with environmental requirements in laws is one of the important issues that should be considered.

Conclusion: Creating a comprehensive and transparent legal framework in the field of oil and gas laws can lead to attracting more investment, reducing corruption, and promoting sustainable development. Optimal utilization of all the capacities of this industry requires making the necessary reforms in the laws and focusing on strengthening supervisory institutions.
