Abstract
Background and Aims:Violation of the requirements related to transparency in the capital market causes some losses, including reducing the possibility of making a decision with knowledge and concluding a stock transaction at an unusual price. The purpose of this article is to investigate the civil, criminal and administrative responsibility of the violation of transparency in the securities market. Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data. Findings: The findings showed that the rule of criminal, law enforcement and civil responsibilities is facing flaws.
