Based on this, the purpose of this article is to examine the effects of electoral justice in jurisprudence and law. Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data. Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. From a legal point of view, electoral justice means observing the principles and Shariah regulations in all stages of elections, including determining the eligible candidates, voting, counting votes and announcing the results. These principles and regulations include things such as non-discrimination, civil rights, trustworthiness and transparency. From a legal point of view, electoral justice means compliance with the country's laws and regulations in the election process. Conclusion: In general, the indicators of electoral justice from the point of view of Iranian jurisprudence and law should be defined in such a way that they are compatible with both the principles and regulations of Sharia and the laws and regulations of the country.
