Proof of Legal Financiality Resulting from fame and Order of Transfer Effect on it After the Death of a Famous Person In Iranian Law

Abstract
Background and purpose: The right to fame is one of the important issues that is the subject of debate and disagreement from a legal point of view. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to examine the financial proof of rights arising from fame and the order of the transfer effect on it after the death of a famous person.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.
Findings: The findings showed that intellectual property rights, the prohibition of unjustified possession and the fact that the right to fame is due to work are the most important reasons for the right to fame to be property. The right to fame can be transferred to the heirs for reasons such as being property and possessing wealth, prohibiting unjust acquisition by others, and not interfering with economic contracts, and the heirs can decide to use the fame of their heirs.
Result: The conclusion that on the one hand the non-financial nature of the right of fame and on the other hand its transferability to the heirs has been accepted and explained according to the special situation of the right of fame. In fact, the right to the deceased's reputation during his lifetime and after his death goes to the heirs, just like any other property.
