Abstract
Background and Aim: By examining the role of the national smart card in creating a balance between security and privacy in transactions with an approach to jurisprudence, it is possible to achieve a balance between security and privacy in transactions and analyze its effects. This approach can help to create better and more effective solutions in implementing the national smart card and using legal and ethical principles.
Materials and Methods: This research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library-based and was done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Ethical Considerations: In this research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, neutrality and originality of the work have been respected.
Findings: The national smart card can help establish transparency in financial information and transactions. In Islamic jurisprudence, transparency and awareness in transactions are among the basic principles that can help people to be more aware of their Shariah obligations.
Conclusion: The national smart card can be an effective tool in achieving the balance between security and privacy in transactions, provided that it is used in compliance with moral and jurisprudential principles. This tool can not only help increase security, but can also pay special attention to preserving and respecting people's privacy.
