Abstract
Background and Aim: The delay in the implementation of civil judgments is one of the important challenges that needs to be analyzed and investigated. The purpose of this article is to investigate the causes of delay in the implementation of civil judgments. Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive and analytical and this research is theoretical. The method that has been used to collect information is library-based and it has been done by referring to international and domestic books, articles and documents. Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the text, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. Findings: Non-usuality of the presented property, seizure of the convicted person, government or municipality as the convicted person, bankruptcy of the businessman during the execution of civil judgments and the execution of judgments requiring the payment of costs by the convicted person and following the executive regulations of other institutions are among the most important causes of delay. It is the enforcement of civil laws. The mentioned reasons cause delays in the implementation of civil lawsuits. Conclusion: The delay in the execution of civil judgments causes the judicial system's efforts in fair proceedings to be challenged. Therefore, by knowing the causes of the delay in the implementation of civil judgments, it is necessary to find solutions to solve these factors.
