Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.
Findings: What is considered in Islamic jurisprudence and law is sex education. Sex education is more than sex education. According to Islamic teachings, the satisfaction of sexual needs should be in the form of Sharia rules and principles based on religious values. In UNESCO's 2030 document, the emphasis is on sex education. In UNESCO's sex education, children try to become fully familiar with their bodies and sexual organs and sexual relations with others, and while avoiding high-risk sexual relations such as AIDS, get the necessary information to prevent them from being sexually abused.
Conclusion: The conclusion is that there is a big difference between the UNESCO document 2030 and legal jurisprudence teachings in Islam in terms of goals, foundations and components of sex education.
Perhaps it can be said that the necessity of sex education in Islam and Sindh 2030 is the only thing they have in common.
