Background and Aim: The issue of the acceptability of laws in a society by its audience is one of the results and consequences of transparency in the legislative system. the purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of scientific collection of laws and legislative inflation on legislative transparency.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: The two indicators of legislative inflation and the scientific formulation of laws work against each other in such a way that the first case causes lack of transparency and the second case causes increased transparency. There are transparency in the field of legislation, the most important of which are the specificity and uniqueness of the legislative body, the openness of the entire process of making the law, the prevention of legislative inflation, the scientific compilation of laws, and having a transparent and efficient system to resolve ambiguities.
Conclusion: The result is that Iran is not in a good situation in terms of legislative transparency it is suffering from legislative inflation and has not been successful in compiling laws, and as a result, continuing to move on the ambiguous path of the lack of transparency of the has faced the problem of lack of efficiency and legitimacy. And it has pushed the society towards lawlessness.
