Background and purpose: official judicial experts may also make mistakes in performing their assigned duties and change the course of a fair trial, therefore, investigating the disciplinary violations of official judicial experts in Iranian and English law is one of the important goals of this article. Materials and methods: The method used in this article was descriptive-analytical, which was compiled by studying relevant sources in this field and collecting data. Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are considered and respected by the researcher.
Findings: Disciplinary violations by official judicial experts in Iranian and English law have been met with administrative punishments in such a way that in Iranian law, the offending expert is confronted with restrictive and depriving punishments, and a black spot has been created in the expert's file with professional and moral blame. that the application of this performance guarantee leads to the improvement of the expert's professional behavior. In English law, negligence and negligence of an expert is considered a criminal offense and brings restrictions and administrative penalties for the expert.
Result: The expert has professional responsibility and can divert the flow of a hearing with his opinions. If this issue is proven, various restrictions will be included in the expert's file and it will create job bans for him, and it will also have a side effect on his career records.
