Abstract
Background and Aim: A company active in the field of new businesses needs large capital to become a large and influential company. Due to the possibility of bankruptcy, the most important challenge of this type of business is providing the required capital. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to examine the riskiness of foreign investment in relation to new businesses in Iranian law. Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive and analytical and this research is theoretical. The method that has been used to collect information is in the form of a library and it has been done by referring to international and domestic books, articles and documents. Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the text, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. Findings: Start-up businesses are a subset of knowledge-based companies, and this concept is considered in this law and is a subset of it, and accordingly, the concept of venture capital and even international cooperation in this field has also been identified, But it seems that it needs to be supported and accepted more clearly from a legal point of view. Result: If the acceptance of the entry of foreign venture investors in the Iranian stock market and the market of small and medium-sized companies is taken into account by the legislator more clearly and more facilities are considered for foreign venture investors, we can see the growth of foreign venture investment in relation to new businesses. It was Iran.
