Abstract
Background and purpose: judicial justice is one of the important issues of criminal law. The purpose of this article is to examine the crimes against judicial justice during the trial and issuing the verdict with a comparative approach.
Materials and methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: Although there is relative harmony in the way of criminalizing and reacting to these crimes, crimes against judicial justice in Iran, unlike countries such as France, are not mentioned in a separate chapter in the Islamic Penal Code and are only scattered among the articles of the said law. It has been mentioned by the legislator and this is while the said statute has mentioned crimes against justice in a separate chapter.
Conclusion: It is necessary for the Iranian legislator to review the shortcomings of the laws of crimes against judicial justice according to the comprehensive laws of crimes against judicial justice of countries like France and implement the revised laws in the new approvals.
