The subject of this research is the expression of jurisprudential proofs of the sanctity or sanity of the ayatollah. Most jurists and scholars have argued that Khmer is the truth, whether by nature, by fire, etc. and, if it is to a certain extent, transformed into Khmer, and drinking because of drunkenness, with adverse consequences. It has many individual and social implications and is therefore sanctified and sanctioned in the Holy Quran; therefore, its drinking due to immorality and drunkenness by tradition results in a punishment of 80 beatings on the conditioner. Also, Shiite jurisprudents have a consensus on its sanctity due to the Qur'anic text, but they disagree about its impurity, which is their dominant and famous fatwa. Another issue to be discussed is the sanctity of the deal and the sale of the auspices, which the jurists' analysis is that the transaction will be void. Finally, it can be stated that jujube juice has little or no effect on its dignity and has the title of unclean, and it is necessary to avoid it.
