Abstract
Background and purpose: In the registration system of Iran, life settlement is often used as a legal and legitimate solution in order to prevent the conflict of heirs and at the same time in order to fulfill the desired and purpose of the heir in determining the assignment of his immovable property after death. The purpose of this article is to investigate the truth of Gift [deed] with lifetime ownership and its place in Iran's registration system.
Materials and methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: The findings showed that there is a difference regarding the truth of lifelong peace. Some have considered it as an indefinite contract and others have considered the nature of peace as a definite contract. On the other hand, those who consider the peace benefit after the death of the parties enters the property of the parties. They have a difference of opinion. Lifelong peace does not have a reality independent of peace.
Conclusion: The result is that considering the commonality of life peace in the registration system of Iran, but the procedure and approaches to it are different, which has also brought challenges in terms of practice, in such a way that sometimes life peace and peace on the condition of life They consider it as one,
