Abstract
Background and Aims:According to the civil law definition of sale and jurisprudential approach in this regard, intangible property is one of the important issues of property and sale, which is a point of disagreement. One of the issues in this regard is the loss of intangible property, which, due to the silence of the legislator, is one of the basic challenges regarding intangible property that needs to be discussed. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to investigate the loss of intangible assets. Materials and methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data. Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. Findings: The findings showed that if the truth of the title of property is possible on non-material examples, there is no obstacle in the spread of the rules governing the destruction of confiscated property and even the usurpation of that property. Result: The result is that intangible property, regardless of its unique characteristics, is primarily considered a full-fledged property and can be attacked and even usurped by other persons, and even after illegal usurpation and usurpation, it can be destroyed. and create tasks for the usurper according to the type of property and its context.
