Abstract
Background and Aim: Labor rights as one of the components of the legal system under the influence of globalization have undergone significant changes. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to examine regional and international measures in the face Economic aspects of the challenges of globalization in the field of labor rights.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.
Findings: The findings showed the promising achievements of the European experience with transnational agreements as a means to promote labor laws and simpler efforts in the Americas to include voluntary labor standards as a complement to regional trade agreements, the possibility of creating new international and continental structures to guarantee labor rights in the field. has raised the world. The creation of new international labor law structures will not occur as a top-down project. Almost certainly, these new structures will emerge from an increasing number of lower-level, regional and hemispheric economic agreements.
Conclusion: The result is that despite the international, transnational and regional measures to provide transnational labor standards, various economic, commercial and political factors have acted as an obstacle to achieving universal labor rights, in such a way that in the current situation.
