Abstract
Background and purpose: The future of the labor rights system is highly dependent on the phenomenon of globalization. In order to maintain and strengthen the rules of labor rights, it is necessary to examine The economic aspects of the challenges caused by globalization in the field of labor rights.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.
Findings: The findings showed that the challenges of the current era of labor rights are almost unique in terms of dimensions and complexity. Women and migrant workers have often lacked any adequate protection under national labor laws and are among the most of globalization on labor rights. Women's jobs are often unstable, non-standard and low-paid. Most of the positions in the growing informal economy are held by women. Gender inequality has a pervasive and structural nature.
Conclusion: The result is that the future developments of the labor rights system in the direction of reaching the global labor rights system are completely dependent on the policy of reforming national labor laws, which is achieved through governments' respect for international labor standards. In the meantime, Iran's labor rights system has not been able to develop in line with the changes caused by globalization in the field of labor relations due to the failure to comply with the principle .
