Abstract
Background and Purpose: One of the examples of the presence of international non-governmental organizations in the international arena is the participation of these organizations in international courts, which mostly takes place in the form of the "Court Assistant" institution.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: The findings showed that the participation of the "Yar al-Ohad" organization guarantees human rights and humanitarian rights before judicial authorities, and the weakening of this participation causes the weakening of the civil society and, consequently, the marginalization of the civil society organizations.
Result: The result is that strengthening the position and usefulness of the institution "Yar Court" in judicial processes will be in favor of guaranteeing human rights and humanitarian rights. For this reason, governments should take appropriate legislation to remove the obstacles and challenges of this type of participation and avoid complicating this legal entity too much.
