Abstract
Background and Aims: Cyber or virtual space is the real electronic environment where human communication takes place live and directly in a fast way, beyond geographical boundaries and with its own tools. By creating dependencies among people, this space can affect their interactions, speech, behavior, character, and coordinated or stimulated movements. According to what has been said, the purpose of this article is to investigate the legal consequences of the destruction of the society's lifestyle due to the use of virtual space during the fall protests of 1401, and it answers the question of how virtual space affects the life of society.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive-analytical. The materials and data are qualitative, and in collecting the materials and data, the fish collection method was used.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: The impact of the Internet and virtual space on people's lives in society can be divided into several categories; including social aspects, lifestyle, values, mental health, isolationism, globalization and cultural growth and other things. Also, virtual space and the Internet have legal consequences, including computer crimes, which are classified into different types of crimes with different penalties.
Conclusion: The legal issues and challenges related to the unrest can be classified in terms of "function (works and goals)" in three categories as follows: legal issues related to the field of restoration and compensation 2- legal issues related to the field of prevention 3- issues Law governing the field of opportunists.
