Abstract
 
Background and Aims: peace has not been established in the world and the international community is still striving to achieve peace. Therefore, the author intends to explain and promote the components of inner peace.
Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive and analytical and this research is theoretical. The method that has been used to collect information is library-based and it has been done by referring to international and domestic books, articles and documents.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Findings: self-respect (reconciliation with oneself), respect for others (humble approach), respect for nature Respect for life, love, belief in justice, coherence, patience, responsibility, tendency to happiness, simplicity of life, submission and liberation, acceptance, self-fulfillment, lack of expectations, honesty, cooperation and tolerance are the most important components of inner peace. Inner peace is used to mean reconciliation and compromise; Compromise with yourself and others. Peace is also used to mean trying to improve people's relationship with each other and peaceful resolution of disputes. A peaceful person seeks a peaceful life with others and wants the world to be peaceful.
Conclusion: The way to achieve peace in the world and establish a peaceful coexistence of people goes from within. At first glance, peace is opposed to war, and war is also suffering, and with the expansion of peace, suffering is adjusted internally and externally.
