Abstract
Background and Aims: The judicial supervision mechanism of the Court of Administrative Justice is on government institutions, non-governmental public institutions (such as the Social Security Organization) and government institutions.
As a non-governmental public institution, Social Security Organization is under the supervision of the Administrative Court of Justice. In its central policy, this organization has the authority to choose insurance and executive regulations .The basis of judicial supervision of the court can be deduced from articles 173 of the Constitution. The purpose of present study is to analyze the court judicial supervision and discretionary authority of Social Security Organization.
Method and Materials: The present study research method is descriptive _analytical.
Ethical Considerations:In  present study ,the principles of text originality,honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Findings: The Court of Administrative Justice has the legal and judicial authority to deal with the issues of state and public non-state companies, and it has a general authority to supervise the powers of the executive branch, such as the Social Security Organization.
Conclusion: The Court of Administrative Justice has had judicial supervision over the discretionary authority of the Social Security Organization, which is important in order to protect and protect the rights of citizens and provide justice.
