Background and Aim: The economic group with common interests is not very old in Iran's internal law, and for this reason, some aspects of it, such as the separation of partners from the economic group, are ambiguous. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to examine the separation of partners from an economic group with common interests from the perspective of Iranian jurisprudence and law.
Materials and Methods: This article is descriptive and analytical and library method is used.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.
Results: The causes of dissolution of an economic group can be separated jointly and individually, common causes such as expiry of the term, termination of the subject, bankruptcy, liquidation for expression of will and judicial liquidation. One of the specific reasons that can be divided into two categories of natural or legal person is death or death and legal prohibition can cause the dissolution of the economic group. The bankruptcy liquidation of a legal entity also causes the liquidation of the economic group. This dissolution causes the purification of the group.
Conclusion: The condition of limiting the partners' authority in transferring the share of the company and withdrawing from the group and the decision to fire the partner by other partners does not conflict with the general principles of jurisprudence and rights such as the rule of subordination.
