Background and Aim: The purpose of the present research is to compare the provisions, effects and rulings of the termination and dismissal of the contractor, and to review and suggest the necessary solutions to modify their provisions.
Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Findings: The plans and construction projects of each country can be considered as one of the indicators of the growth of excellence and economic prosperity of that group. For the implementation of projects in Iran and even the Ministry of Oil, a document called Peyman is used, which has several components. One of these components is the general terms of the contract, which is placed next to the private terms.
Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
