Background and Aim: Human rights in the workplace many issues from the right to employment to social protection includes. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other human rights instruments the right to choose one's job, non-discrimination, and the right to a just and humane environment emphasizes. In the present article, the role of decent work in observing the human rights standards of workers with an approach to jurisprudential teachings is discussed.
