Abstract
Background and Aim: Discussion of judgment and educational jurisprudence is one of the important issues that need to be studied. In this paper, the characteristics of a judge and the etiquette of judging as the most important issues of the judiciary from the perspective of educational jurisprudence exzamines. Materials and Methods: Thise article is Analytical descriptive and the library method and Taking notes uses. Ethical considerations: In this article, Originality of texts, honesty and trusteeship Has been complied with. Findings: maturity means perfection, intellect in the sense of growth and acquired intellect, faith and justice are Characteristics of the judge. From the perspective of educational jurisprudence, the mentioned characteristics have the aspect of education and training because the education and training of human beings and the realization of their perfection take place in an evolutionary course. Judgment etiquette, such as discipline in litigation, fiduciary and secrecy, equality, non-judgment in a state of anger, encourages peace and compromise, and according to educational jurisprudence, the fulfillment of the mentioned etiquette requires training. Conclusion: Educational jurisprudence in training committed judges and thus the realization of a fair and just trial can play an important role.
