The purpose of this study is to explain the principles and components of efficient supervision in the light of systemic supervision in the Islamic Republic of Iran and Islamic foundations.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Materials and Methods</span></strong><strong><span>: </span></strong><span>This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Ethical Considerations</span></strong><strong><span>: </span></strong><span>In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Findings</span></strong><strong><span>:</span></strong><span> </span><span lang="EN">Efficient and systemic supervision, as the main component for ensuring the efficiency of the system and continuous improvement of the performance of officials, is one of the important pillars of desirable governance and has an irreplaceable role in achieving goals and ensuring the health of the system, preventing corruption, and realizing social justice. Therefore, the most important priority of the Islamic Republic of Iran system should be to provide a desirable and methodical framework for efficient and systematic supervision to achieve efficiency and sustainable improvement in all areas of the system.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Conclusion</span><span>:</span></strong><span> </span><span lang="EN">The findings of this study indicate that effective oversight requires comprehensive and systematic oversight of the pillars and aspects of the country's executive affairs, public participation, as well as the obligation of accountability of responsible institutions and transparency in the political system</span><span lang="EN">.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA"> </span></strong><span lang="FA">نظارت کارآمد در پرتو نظارت سیستمی منجر به شناخت بهتر و بیشتر ظرفیت و زوایای امور اجرائی نظام، شناسائی مسائل و بهبود مستمر عملکرد مسئولین نظام می­شود. هدف پژوهش حاضرتبیین اصول و مولفه­های نظارت کارآمد در پرتو نظارت سیستمی در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و مبانی اسلامی می­باشد.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">مواد و روش­ ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده ‌روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی می‏باشد و روش جمع‏آوری اطلاعات بصورت کتابخانه‏ای است.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت­داری رعایت شده است.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">یافته ­ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">نظارت کارآمد و سیستمی به عنوان اصلی­ترین مولفه برای احراز کارآمدی نظام و بهبود مستمر عملکرد مسئولین، یکی از ارکان مهم حکمرانی مطلوب و نقش بی­بدیلی در تحقق اهداف و تضمین سلامت نظام، پیشگیری از فساد و تحقق عدالت اجتماعی دارد؛ لذا باید مهم­ترین اولویت نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران ارائه چارچوب مطلوب و روش­مند جهت نظارت کارآمد و سیستمی برای تحقق کارآمدی و ارتقای پایدار آن در همه عرصه‌های نظام باشد.</span> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه­</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> نظارت کارآمد مستلزم نظارت جامع و سیستمی بر ارکان و زوایای امور اجرایی کشور، مشارکت عامه و همچنین الزام پاسخگویی نهادهای مسئول و شفافیت در نظام سیاسی است. </span> https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_251947_446646d7cbaa92948fd1cb8f425514aa.pdf
