Journal Article 2025 05 29 <strong><span>Background and </span></strong><strong><span>Aims</span></strong><span>: </span><span>Investing in production is one of the important goals for creating sustainable wealth, economic growth, and resilience against market and currency fluctuations. It creates long-term value for both the individual and society, and plays a significant role in creating jobs, reducing dependency, and strengthening the national economy.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Materials and Methods</span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span>The research method is descriptive-analytical and the information collection method is library-based, referring to documents, books, and articles.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Ethical Considerations</span></strong><span>: </span><span>Throughout all stages of research writing, originality, honesty, and trustworthiness have been observed.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Findings</span></strong><strong><span>:</span></strong><span> Article 44 of the Constitution, the Foreign Investment Protection Law, the Companies Registration Law, and the General Policy Implementation Law state that foreign nationals are prohibited from owning real estate. According to Law 1310, investors can only be investors, and according to Articles 132 and 133 of the Direct Taxes Law, industrial and manufacturing units can enjoy tax exemptions.</span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Conclusion</span></strong><strong><span>:</span></strong><span> The effect of investment in production and industry on economic development is stated in Iranian law and international conventions (the Washington Convention in 1965 and the Treaty between Germany and Pakistan in 1955). One of the important goals of investment for production and economic growth is to create appropriate conditions and facilitate legal obstacles, and to provide an appropriate environment for attracting investors in the field of production, considering the currency problems and existing obstacles.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></strong><span lang="FA">سرمایه‌گذاری در تولید یکی از اهداف مهم برای ایجاد ثروت پایدار، رشد اقتصادی و تاب‌آوری در برابر نوسانات بازار و ارز می‌باشد و ارزش‌آفرینی بلند مدت هم برای فرد و هم جامعه و نقش بسزایی در اشتغال‌زایی، کاهش وابستگی و تقویت اقتصاد ملی دارد.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">شیوه پژوهش بصورت توصیفی </span><span lang="FA">–</span><span lang="FA"> تحلیلی و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و با مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات می‌باشد. </span> <strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span lang="FA">در اصل 44 قانون اساسی، قانون حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، قانون ثبت شرکت‌ها و قانون اجرای سیاست‌های کلی آمده و به استناد قانون 1310 ممنوعیت تملک اموال غیر منقول برای اتباع خارجی، سرمایه‌گذاران فقط می‌توانند سرمایه‌گذار باشند و لی در مادتین 132 و 133 قانون مالیات‌های مستقیم برای واحدهای تولیدی و صنعتی، می‌توانند از معافیت مالیاتی برخوردار باشند.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. </span> <strong><span lang="FA">نتیجه</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA">: </span></strong><span lang="FA">اثر سرمایه‌گذاری در تولید و صنعت برای توسعه اقتصادی در حقوق ایران و کنوانسیون‌های بین‌الملل (کنوانسیون واشنگتن در سال 1965 و معاهده بین آلمان و پاکستان در سال1955 ) می‌باشد و<span> </span>از اهداف حائز اهمیت سرمایه‌گذاری برای تولید و رشد اقتصادی، ایجاد بسترهای مناسب و نیز تسهیل موانع قانونی می‌باشد و بستر مناسب برای جذب سرمایه‌گذار در زمینه تولید با توجه به مشکلات ارزی و موانع موجود فراهم گردد. </span> https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_245256_2681258a5e67c749df2f7d0c2d5fda09.pdf
