The aim of this study is to analyze the dimensions of state moral support for victims of economic crimes in Islamic law<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><br><br><strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span></strong> This study is theoretical in nature, and the research method is descriptive-analytical, with information gathered through library-based research.<br><br><strong>Ethical Considerations</strong>: The research adheres to the principles of integrity, honesty, impartiality, and originality<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><br><strong>Findings</strong><strong>:</strong> The findings indicate that the state must design measures to address the psychological and emotional harm suffered by victims. State moral support in Islamic jurisprudence is based on the principles of social justice and human rights<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><br><strong>Conclusion</strong><strong>:</strong> The Islamic state must design and implement comprehensive and effective supportive policies, considering the foundations of Islamic law, particularly liability rules and the theory of justice, in order to effectively prevent the psychological and emotional harm of victims of economic crimes. These actions should aim at achieving social justice and improving the mental and emotional well-being of victims. Ultimately, enhancing moral support for the victims of these crimes will not only compensate for material damages but also contribute to rebuilding social trust and strengthening justice in society<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></strong><span lang="FA">این تحقیق به بررسی نقش دولت در حمایت معنوی از قربانیان جرایم اقتصادی با رویکرد فقهی پرداخته است. هدف از این تحقیق تحلیل ابعاد حمایت‌های معنوی دولت از قربانیان جرایم اقتصادی در فقه اسلامی است.</span><br><strong><span lang="FA">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span lang="FA">این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده و روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی </span><span lang="FA">–</span><span lang="FA"> تحلیلی است و روش جمع</span><span lang="FA">‌</span><span lang="FA">آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه</span><span lang="FA">‌</span><span lang="FA">ای است </span><br><strong><span lang="FA">ملاحظات اخلاقی</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA">:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> در تحقیق حاضر، اصل امانتداری، صداقت، بی</span> <span lang="FA">طرفی و اصالت اثر رعایت شده است. </span><br><strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA">:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که دولت باید تدابیری را برای جبران آسیب‌های روحی و روانی قربانیان طراحی کند. حمایت معنوی دولت در فقه اسلامی بر اساس اصول عدالت اجتماعی و حقوق بشر استوار است.</span><br><strong><span lang="FA">نتیجه</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA">:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> دولت اسلامی باید با توجه به مبانی فقهی و حقوقی، به‌ویژه قواعد ضمان‌آور و نظریه عدالت، سیاست‌های حمایتی جامع و مؤثری طراحی و اجرا کند تا به‌طور مؤثر از آسیب‌های روحی و روانی قربانیان جرایم اقتصادی جلوگیری کند. این اقدامات باید در راستای تحقق عدالت اجتماعی و بهبود وضعیت روحی و روانی قربانیان صورت پذیرد. در نهایت، ارتقای حمایت‌های معنوی از قربانیان این جرایم نه‌تنها به جبران خسارات مادی بلکه به بازسازی اعتماد اجتماعی و تقویت عدالت در جامعه می‌انجامد.</span> https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_245237_68d83c7772aebc5c306a2aafcb38e891.pdf
