This research examines the existing laws and regulations in the oil and gas sector and aims to identify the challenges and opportunities in this field to improve financial and transactional processes</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">. </span> <strong><span>Materials and Methods:</span></strong><span> </span><span>This article is descriptive-analytical. The materials and data are qualitative, and note-taking was used to collect information and data</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <strong><span>Ethical Considerations:</span></strong><span> </span><span>In this article, the authenticity of texts, honesty, and trustworthiness have been observed</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <strong><span>Findings</span></strong><span>: The findings of this research indicate that financial and transactional laws and regulations in the oil and gas sector in different countries vary according to the political and economic conditions of those countries. Also, the existence of strong supervisory institutions and appropriate tax systems can help reduce corruption and increase transparency. Also, compliance with environmental requirements in laws is one of the important issues that should be considered</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <strong><span>Conclusion</span></strong><span>: Creating a comprehensive and transparent legal framework in the field of oil and gas laws can lead to attracting more investment, reducing corruption, and promoting sustainable development. Optimal utilization of all the capacities of this industry requires making the necessary reforms in the laws and focusing on strengthening supervisory institutions.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><strong><span lang="FA"> </span></strong><span lang="FA">صنعت نفت و گاز به عنوان یکی از مهمترین و استراتژیک ترین بخش های اقتصادی در کشورهای تولید کننده، نیازمند قوانین و مقررات مالی و معاملاتی کارآمد است. این تحقیق به بررسی قوانین و مقررات موجود در حوزه نفت و گاز می پردازد و هدف آن شناسایی چالش ها و فرصت های موجود در این زمینه به منظور بهبود فرایند های مالی و معاملاتی است. </span> <strong><span lang="FA">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده ماهیت کیفی دارند و روش گردآوری اطلاعات بر مبنای فیش‌برداری انجام شده است.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">در این مقاله، اصالت متون حفظ شده و اصول صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت گردیده است.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">بررسی‌های این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که قوانین و مقررات مالی و معاملاتی در حوزه نفت وگاز در کشورهای مختلف، با توجه به شرایط سیاسی و اقتصادی آن کشورها متفاوت است. همچنین وجود نهادهای نظارتی قوی و سیستم‌های مالیاتی مناسب می‌تواند به کاهش فساد و افزایش شفافیت کمک کند. همچنین رعایت الزامات زیست محیطی در قوانین از جمله موارد مهمی است که باید مورد توجه قرارگیرد.</span> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه</span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">: ایجاد یک چارچوب قانونی جامع و شفاف در حوزه قوانین نفت و گاز می‌تواند منجر به جذب سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتر، کاهش فساد و ارتقاء توسعه پایدار گردد. بهره‌برداری بهینه از تمام ظرفیت‌های این صنعت، نیازمند انجام اصلاحات لازم در قوانین و تمرکز بر تقویت نهادهای نظارتی می‌باشد.</span> https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_244054_7cc5b5bf6240aed79c720168a1d9df8c.pdf
