One of these crimes, the lack of attention to which may lead to the formation of an economic, social, and judicial crisis in Iran, is the crime of disrupting the country's economic order through cryptocurrencies. زمینه و هدف: <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; color: #0d0d0d; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 242;">با نفوذ هرچه بیشتر دنیای مجازی در زندگی بشر، نوعی از پول مجازی هم ایجاد شد؛ در همین زمان کوتاه رمزارزها که پول مجازی نیز نام دارند در بازارهای معاملاتی نفوذ کردند. رمزارزها نوع جدیدی از فناوری‌های دیجیتال محسوب می‌شوند مواد و روش‌ها: <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; color: #0d0d0d; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 242;">مقاله حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی است. مواد و داده‌ها نیز کیفی است و از فیش‌برداری در گردآوری مطالب و داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; color: #0d0d0d; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 242;">در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شدهاست. یافته‌ها: <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; color: #0d0d0d; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 242;">با توجه به عدم به رسمیت شناخته نشدن رمزارزها و عدم آشنایی کافی با آن، جرایم رمزارزی مانند برخی کلاهبرداری‌ها، فیشینگ‌ها و ... به منصه ظهور رسیده است. یکی از این جرایم که ممکن است عدم توجه به آن موجب شکل گیری بحران اقتصادی و اجتماعی و قضایی در جامعه ایران گردد، بزه اخلال در نظم اقتصادی کشور از طریق رمزارزها می‌باشد. نتیجه<span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; color: #0d0d0d; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 242;">: شمول قانون اخلالگران در نظام اقتصادی مخصوصا بند الف آن بر رفتارهای مجرمانه ناشی از رمز ارز بسیار دشوار می‌باشد که رمزارزها در تاریخ کنونی از این شمولیت خارج بوده و موضوعیت ندارند. چنانچه اشخاص حقوقی یا حقیقی مبادرت به وصول رمزارزها به صورت قبول سپرده تحت عنوان مضاربه و نظایر آن که موجب حیف و میل اموال مردم یا ‌اخلال در نظام اقتصادی شود، به اتهام ارتکاب اخلال در نظام اقتصادی کشور قابلیت تعقیب داشته.
