Journal Article 2022 08 29 <strong>Background and Aims</strong>: Metaverse is a new technology that enables presence in the virtual and three-dimensional world by using interface tools. In this environment, people are able to buy virtual land and can build digital skyscrapers on the purchased land. It is also possible for artists to perform programs and advertise their business owners. Metaverse platform transactions are going on using cryptocurrencies. The purpose of this article is to analyze the malfeasance of encrypted assets (virtual assets) in the metaverse platform and also to investigate the issue of payment by means of cryptocurrencies as a commodity. <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative, and data collection has been used to collect materials and data. Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. <strong>Findings</strong>: The findings showed that the trading challenges of the Metaverse space are the categories of as a contractual exchange with the ability to be determined in domestic transactions and have not announced its permission, but the use of this payment instrument as an exchange in international transactions. It is a common and increasing contract. <strong>Result</strong>: As a result, it can be predicted that in the future, the issue of determining cryptocurrencies as the of environment will be one of the challenges of entering the Metaverse. Finally, the legislator has to make it possible to use cryptocurrencies in domestic transactions as well, according to an additional note. <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> متاورس، فناوری نوینی است که با استفاده از اَبزارهای واسط، قابلیت حضور در دنیای مَجازی و سه بُعدی را میّسر نموده است. در این محیط اشخاص قادر به خرید زمین مَجازی هستند و می‌توانند روی زمین­های خریداری شده آسمان خراشهای دیجیتالی بسازند. برای هنرمندان نیز این امکان فراهم آمده که به­اجرای برنامه پرداخته؛ و دارندگان کسب و کارهای تجاری خود را تبلیغ کنند. معاملات بستر متاورس، با استفاده از رمزاَرزها در جریان است. هدف مقاله حاضر، تحلیل مال­انگاریِ دارائیهای رمزنگاری شده (اموال مَجازی) در بستر متاورس؛ و همچنین بررسی مسأله پرداخت ثمن به­وسیلۀ رمزاَرزها به­عنوان مبیع، است. <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> مقاله حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی است. مواد و داده‌ها نیز کیفی است؛ و از فیش‌برداری درگردآوری مطالب و داده‌ها استفاده ‌شده است. <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی:</strong> در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت شده است. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد، چالش های معاملاتی فضای متاورس، مقولۀرمزاَرزها است؛ که مقررات ایران، هنوز آن را به ­عنوان عوض قراردادی با قابلیت تعیین شدن در معاملات داخلی نپذیرفته و جواز آن را اعلام نکرده؛ ولی بکارگیری این ابزار پرداخت، در معاملات بین المللی به ­عنوان عوض قراردادی رایج و رو به­ فزونی است. <strong>نتیجه:</strong> درنتیجه، می‌توان چنین پیش‌بینی نمود که در آینده مسأله تعیین رمزارزها به ­عنوان ثمن معامله در قرارداد، با موضوع معاملات محیط متاورس، یکی از اصلی‌ترین چالش‌های ورود به محیط ­متاورس باشد؛ در نهایت قانون‌گذار ناگزیر است حداقل با ایجاد زمینه به موجب تبصره‌ای اِلحاقی امکان استفاده از رمزارزها در معاملات داخلی را فراهم آورد. https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_200057_e661d57dfeedcd22c1e82d553717cd1f.pdf
