Journal Article 2021 10 30 <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Registration issues in courts and tribunals are one of the legal issues of the contemporary era. The present study deals with the new prevention of registration crimes with respect to convergence with criminal-economic policy in the light of Islamic jurisprudence and law. <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In the present study, the method of qualitative content analysis has been used and the information has been collected through documentary and library methods. <strong>Ethical considerations:</strong> The present study is based on ethical principles, including the careful and scientific use of research resources. <strong>Results:</strong> Convergence of criminal policy and law drafting in the field of combating registration crimes requires accreditation of official documents, establishing law and order in the field of official documents, prioritizing official documents over ordinary, electronic notaries, and establishing awareness of Laws, instead of appeasement and the fact that different people are not aware of the law, is an important part of coping strategies in the field of registration. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Synergy of criminal policy measures with new methods of prevention, granting the role of prevention to those in charge of criminal policy, convergence of criminal policy with preventive measures in the stages of inspection and crime detection and support of criminal policy of prevention measures based on electronic registration of new methods of prevention Are considered a crime. <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> مسائل ثبتی در دادسراها و دادگاه­ها یکی از مسائل حقوقی دوران معاصر هستند.<strong> </strong>پژوهش حاضر به پیشگیری نوین از جرائم ثبتی با توجه بـه همگـرایی با سیاست کیفری-اقتصادی در پرتـو فقه اسلامی و حقـوق می­پردازد. <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در مطالعه حاضر از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شده است و اطلاعات نیز به شیوه اسنادی و کتابخانه­ای جمع­آوری شده است. <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی:</strong> مطالعه حاضر با مبنا قرار دادن اصول اخلاقی از جمله استفاده دقیق و علمی از منابع تحقیق نگارش شده است. <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>همگرایی سیاست کیفری و تدوین قانون در حوزه مقابله با جرایم ثبتی نیازمند اعتباربخشی به اسناد رسمی، برقراری نظم و قانون در حوزه اسناد رسمی، تقدم بخشیدن به اسناد رسمی بر عادی، الکترونیکی کردن دفاتر اسناد، و مبنا قرار دادن آگاهی از قوانین به جای مماشات و اینکه افراد مختلف، به قانون آگاهی ندارند، بخش مهمی از راهکارهای مقابله با جرایم در حوزه ثبت است. <strong>نتیجه‌:</strong> همپایی تدابیر سیاست کیفری با شیوه­های نوین پیشگیری، اعطای نقش پیشگیری به متولیان سیاست کیفری، همگرایی سیاست کیفری با تدابیر پیشگیری در مراحل بازرسی و کشف جرم و حمایت سیاست کیفری از تدابیر پیشگیری مبتنی بر ثبت الکترونیکی شیوه­های نوین پیشگیری از جرم محسوب می­شوند. https://journal.ihrci.ir/article_148144_2a051636fceebf7dee65935711587618.pdf
